Equipment

For all our courses you must provide your own helmet, jacket, gloves, boots and other riding safety gear.

A DOT or Snell approved helmet is required for the course. Helmets can be rented in the GTA at Parker Brothers Power Sports.

We recommend a full face helmet which offers the best possible protection. We will also accept a three-quarter or open helmet, and recommend you also wear eye protection.

Helmet Rentals

Helmets can be rented from Parker Bros. Power Sports in Etobicoke. The rental price is around $30.00 for two days. The rental cost is credited towards the purchase of a new helmet. Parker Bros. is located at: 825 Kipling Ave, Toronto Tel: 416-234-5750 www.powersports.ca

What to Bring

Here are some tips to better prepare yourself for spending 2 days on the parking lot during your course. If there is rain in the forecast, bring a rain suit and a change of socks and shoes to put on after the course. For cool weather bring extra layers you can put on under your riding gear. It is advisable to bring plenty of water and healthy liquids especially on hot days. Snacks, energy food, a good lunch, sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat are also a good idea.
