RTI Policies

Cancellation Policy:

Any change or cancellation of a course must be confirmed by RTI at least 1 week prior to the course in order to receive a full refund or to rebook without additional cost. In the event of a change or cancellation within 1 week of the course start date there will be a $100.00 + TAX administration fee charged. Course fees are non-refundable after the practical training has begun.

Retest Policy:

RTI offers free retesting. However, if you book a retest and do not attend without contacting the office prior to 5pm on the Friday before your test, there will be a $25.00 charge to reschedule (Missed retest: $25 + TAX). Retests are held on Sunday afternoons.

M2 Licence Paperwork:

Upon completing the course, you will receive a completed referral envelope from the Ministry of Transportation. This envelope must be taken to a Drive Test Centre within 6 months of completing the course. If you fail to do this within 6 months, the paperwork will expire and you will have to re-do your course.

Payment Policy:

Payment must be received in our office at least 2 weeks prior to the course. If full payment is not received by that time, you may be withdrawn from the course without notice. We accept payment by Visa or Mastercard over the phone, certified cheque, money order, or cash (not debit), at our downtown Toronto office. Personal or company cheques will not be accepted.

Liability:

All participants are required to sign a waiver of liability form prior to the start of the course. Waiver forms: Anyone under the age of 18 must attend the course with a completed Minor waiver and a completed Parental waiver.
